SMW DRILLING SERVICES APPPOINTS ADRIAN WINCHESTER AS GENERAL MANAGER

Blasthole drilling specialist SMW Drilling Services has appointed Adrian Winchester to the position of General Manager.

Based in Rockhampton, Adrian oversees SMW Drilling’s production drilling operations across QLD and NSW and supports Managing Director Ben Chaniago in further developing and implementing the business’s strategic direction.

Mr Winchester has more than 20 years’ experience in senior operational management and training roles in both the blasthole drilling sector and the Australian army.

Mr Chaniago said: “Adrian brings significant experience in a range of roles, from operator safety and training, maintenance and senior leadership. This understanding of the industry at all levels has given Adrian a breadth of knowledge and insight that will be a great asset to our clients, our team and the future of our business. We are thrilled to have him on board.”
